The company Proina ltd. was established in 2006 as the project company with main focus on design and projection of family houses, apartment houses as well as urban studios.
With purpose to offer the complex services to our partners, in 2007 we have started to focus on engineering activities, consultancy and supervision of building work, technical supervision of investor and project management.
Since 2007, the company Proina ltd has been engaging in the bank supervision of building financing, control of executed work and monitoring for bank WSPK von 1842 AG. In 2010 the company has started its collaboration with the company PROXIMAE, which is focusing on the building energy certification.
The aim of the company is to offer the complex services to its clients starting with their ideas and finishing off with handover over a key from its dream building.
